Our View

Discover Japan beyond
Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.

We work with travel companies in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, taking care of their clients in Japan — families, private parties and groups who expect every detail to be right.

Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka are where most journeys begin. Beyond them, in regions many travelers have yet to hear of, are landscapes found nowhere else, and a culture and history that are still part of everyday life.

Japan also has four distinct seasons. The same place in spring and in autumn offers a different journey — one reason travelers who visit Japan once so often want to return.

A history and a culture unlike anywhere else. Eating what people there actually eat. A craftsman's hands, a local festival. Or simply slowing down for three days somewhere green and remote. What your clients want from Japan is never one thing.

So we don't offer off-the-shelf itineraries. We design each journey around your clients — who they are and what they hope to experience — and arrange it directly with the hotels, guides and hosts who will welcome them.

How It Works

One point of contact
for everything in Japan.

You sell the tour. We handle everything on the ground in Japan — hotels and ryokan, coaches and private cars, restaurants, guides, experiences and admissions — and we settle with every supplier afterwards, so your team deals with one contract and one invoice.

  • 01We work in English Our office works with you in English, from the first inquiry to the final invoice, and agrees every detail with suppliers in Japanese.
  • 02One contract, one invoice We negotiate and settle with every supplier in Japan. Your team deals only with us.
  • 03The people who quote it, run it We are a small company by choice. The person who prices your program is the person who operates it.
  • 04A brief, or just an idea Send a finished itinerary and we will cost it and confirm it. Send an idea and we will come back with a proposal.

What We Arrange

Every part of it, agreed
one supplier at a time.

Your clients have chosen Japan over everywhere else, and many of them will choose it again. What decides whether they do is rarely the headline sights — it is whether the ryokan knew they were coming, whether the guide was the right one, whether dinner suited them. So we agree every part of a program directly, with people we know by name.
