What We Do

Destination management across Japan

Services

Three kinds of programGroups · Private & FIT · Incentives

We take the Japan side of your program from a first inquiry to a settled invoice: itinerary design, quotation, supplier negotiation and booking, documentation, operation on the ground, and settlement with every supplier afterwards.

SERVICE 01

Groups

Coaches sized to the party, hotels and ryokan booked room by room, restaurants approached individually. Whatever the headcount, the itinerary is built around what that group actually wants from Japan.

SERVICE 02

Private & small groups

Tailor-made travel for families and parties of a few. Ryokan and heritage stays, private vehicles, licensed guides, and experiences that are difficult to secure from outside Japan.

SERVICE 03

Incentives & MICE

Incentive travel, company trips and meetings. Venue and hotel blocks, receptions, private events, transfers and on-site staffing.

Scope

What we arrange

  • 01Accommodation Luxury hotels, traditional ryokan, heritage properties and whole-house stays in the regions.
  • 02Transport Private cars and drivers, coaches sized to the group, rail tickets and seat reservations, ferries, airport transfers.
  • 03Dining Kaiseki, sushi counters and regional cooking. We plan around allergies and dietary requirements from the first draft, rather than solving them later.
  • 04Guides and on-site staff Licensed national guides, through-guides and assistants, in English and other languages.
  • 05Experiences and events Craft studios, tea, gardens, festivals; private venue hire and receptions.
  • 06Sites and admissions Temples, shrines, museums and gardens, including group entry coordination and, where possible, access outside opening hours.

Coverage

When the regions
become the destination.

Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka are the easy part. What we invest in is everything after that: a hot spring deep in the mountains, an island in the Seto Inland Sea, a festival in Tohoku, a pottery town in Kyushu, old-growth forest in Hokkaido. The places they haven't already seen photographed a thousand times are the ones they remember.

And Japan has four real seasons. The same valley in April and in November is not the same trip — which is the most reliable reason a client books Japan a second time.
